Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding
2oz pudding rice (short grain)
2oz sugar
1 pint milk
1/2oz butter
Wash the rice with cold water and place it into a pre-greased 3/4 pint (750ml) oven proof dish
Add the milk and sprinkle the sugar over the top
Break the butter into small pieces and dot throughout the mixture
Cook for 2 hours at 300°F until golden brown on top (longer if you want it thicker)
